From 2017 to May of 2021, Loring served as a Director of the International Art Fair organization, Frieze Inc., where she led Frieze New York and public art programming in New York City. In 2021, the fair left its former home on Randalls Island for The Shed.

As Director of the International Art Fair organization Frieze Inc., Loring conceived of and launched numerous projects including: Frieze Sculpture at Rockefeller Center, one of New York City’s largest public sculpture exhibitions in the heart of Manhattan (2019 & 2020); Frieze Viewing Room (2020), one of the first successful online international contemporary art fairs to occur during the pandemic; and the first (and subsequently numerous) augmented and virtual reality projects with Acute Art, London. She managed three large-scale sculpture awards in collaboration with the LUMA foundation and was named “Art World Innovator” by ArtNet News’ Fall 2020 Intelligence Report (in partnership with Morgan Stanley).
